Quando fa freddo meglio i carboidrati
(Interazioni & integrazioni del n. 1 di Sport&Medicina del 2005) segnalavano che il freddo può incrementare l’utilizzo dei carboidrati attraverso modificazioni endocrino-metaboliche. Concludevano che è quindi necessario adattare la dieta, per non incorrere in problemi metabolici.
